Calculus- optimization?

In the planning of a coffee shop, it is estimated that if there are place for 40-80 people, the daily profit will be $16 per place. However, if the seating capacity is above 80 places, the daily profit on each place will be decreased by $.08 times the number of places above 80. What should be the seating capacity to yield the greatest daily profit.
