Sotomayor - example of racial regression?

The accusation that Sotomayor is a racist is based on one comment that she made in a speech. In her rulings, she has not been racist. One of the New Haven firefighters whose case she turned down was an Hispanic. Are you guys saying she was racist against him? Six other circuit court judges ruled the same as she did because they did not want to change the law; it had nothing to do with racism, it had everything to do with judicial restraint following the law as it is.
