Ok, I need to go from Coaxial Out to VGA IN?

I have a nice monitor that only has DVI IN and VGA IN but I want to run TV Coax into the monitor. I found a product called TV Jockey that has a coax in and a VGA out on it but after reading the reviews I found out it completely diminishes the quality of the output. Please, does anyone have any other ideas, be it PC Cards or anything else. I'm desperate! Thank you!
