What does it mean when you see a girl with long black stringy hair?

ok so i really wanna know somthing you see for the past few months my grammy has been seeing a woman once every month with long black stringy hair once every month and her house is about 100 years old so i dont know if some one has died their or what but everytime my grammy turns her light on again shes gone TY if you can help anyway
