Well, no. Go to a dr is pretty much it. You probably need the antibiotics for a longer time. If you knew for sure your eardrum was intact you could mix alcohol and vinegar 50/50 and put in a few drops a couple times a day. Laying with that ear down on a hot water bottle will help with the pain and draw the pus out.
