Why do they do this?

I think there doing this to make him probably break up with you and because like you said there jealous. I think that you should talk to them and tell them how you feel and let them know that it gets you mad and let them know that if the continue to be mean to your boyfriend then your not going to hang out or talk to them any more. And that's really immature what there doing ot him.
