Does my bestfriend like me?

He is like a foot taller then i am, we are like the best of friends, and he is half african american, his family has money, his family isnt some kind of trash. when we see eachother in the morning he hugs me and talks to me, and then we have 2 cles together, one he sits beside me and scoots his desk as close to mine as possible, and he is obsessed with my wearing my hair down instead of up, he likes to brush my hair( i know hes weird) and then we hug when we depart and then when we reunite we hug, we sit together at lunch, he jokes about my chest, ( they are big... 34D) and we have went to the movies a few times, he put his arm around me once cause i was cold, or he throws popcorn down my shirt. so what do you think ?
