If Bush wiretapping was BAD, why is Obama seeking to expand the program?? (even Olberman doesn't like this)?

I guess it is as he stated..it would put in jeopardy State Secrets. Once in office he is now able to see the things that bush did that Bush never allowed others outside his administration to see. I am sure there are other things that if brought to the courts might disclose state secrets. I do not like it...do you like to be wiretapped without a warrant?
