I would like to know the best option to travel cheap in usa, by bus or by train?

If you want to optimize your time here, I really suggest you take a plane. Going from California to Arizona might not be that bad on a bus, but Arizona to Florida might be really long and uncomfortable. There are some good smaller carriers here (like Southwest and Jetblue) which have reasonable rates, I suggest you check out their sites before giving up on flying.
