Is there a better Q & A forum on the web than this? I mean where they're more worldly and intelligent?

How "worldly and intelligent" does the forum have to be that you are seeking? What subject area do most of your questions pertain? If it is math, then seek a math forum, if litature, then a literature forum, etc. If this form is not up to your "worldliness" or "intelligence" then you probably do not need to participate in this forum.
