What Blood Work is done at 16 week pregnant ?

Its to check if the baby has down syndrome for H.I.V and hepatitis. You get the results at the 20 week scan at least that's what mine where for there nothing to worry about just a precaution you don't have to have them if you'd rather not know. It an optional screening. I was really nervous my first time around but its nothing to get worked up about the chances of you or your baby having any of the them is very unlikely.
