Why do so many poor Whites and poor Hispanics date Blacks?

Most of the Hispanics and Whites that I see that date Blacks live in poor old neighborhoods,or poor Black or poor Black and Hispanic,or poor Hispanic neighborhoods.I don't see them at upscale stores.I see many middle and upper cl Whites and many middle and upper cl Hispanics dating.There are Black celebrities that date Whites and Hispanics but most Blacks and Whites or Hispanics that date aren't rich.
